The Office of the Provincial Veterinarian continues to provide free veterinary services through its Veterinarian Medical Mission that took place this Monday, July 6, in Quezon Capital Compound, Lucena City.
Conducted every first Monday of the month, the Veterinary Medical Mission aims to bring essential veterinary services closer to the public, giving their pets easier access to health care. Some of its services include consultations, deworming, and anti-rabies vaccination and other health maintenance for their animal companion.
The program’s main objective is to support the welfare of the animals to ensure their well-being. They also aim to prevent and avoid the spread of rabies and other animal-borne diseases. The mission encourages and promotes responsible pet ownership for the safety of all Quezonians /Angel Mae Sabate
