This year’s annual designer marketplace will be held in three different cities

Admin July 14, 2026 2 min read

The Designers’ Holiday Bazaar (DHB) was founded to support Filipino artisans and has grown into a community that celebrates local creativity and gives back to the community.

According to co-founder Bea Zobel Jr., shopping at DHB is more than just making purchases. Each purchase funds scholarships for Centex Digital instructors and students through the Ayala Foundation and supports young dancers from the Steps Scholarship Foundation.

This year’s theme, “Sinag” (Ray of Light), celebrates the creativity, skill of local business owners, and diversity of Filipino culture. Fashion, food, home décor, wellness, and lifestyle items are just a few of the many products that visitors can peruse.

The 2026 Designers’ Holiday Bazaar will be held in three locations:

  • Ayala Malls Abreeza, Davao City: September 3 – 6
  • TriNoma, Quezon City: October 14 – 18
  • Glorietta and Ayala Museum: November 27 – December 6

During the launch, Sofia Zobel Elizalde said that DHB is more than a holiday shopping event. It is a way to support Filipino designers, small businesses, education, and the arts all at the same time.

The founder of PioPio, Paloma Urquijo Zobel de Ayala, revealed that DHB was crucial to the expansion of her company. “It was a good opportunity to network with other artisans and business owners that can give you motivation and support, so I would tell future entrepreneurs to join DHB and be part of its welcoming community,” said Zobel Jr. “DHB believes that Filipino creativity needs to be celebrated and recognized, so when shoppers go to the bazaar, they’re helping local businesses and making a way for future generations of talented Filipino entrepreneurs and artists.” /Mary Salcedo
